Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LuxWorld("we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use LuxWorld and the GeoStamp product.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address (if you use email login), social login identifier (if you use Google/Apple), and your smart-account blockchain address.
• Location data: GPS coordinates and accuracy are processed each time you check in. We use them only to verify proximity to a place. Raw coordinates are not stored beyond what is needed to issue and audit the resulting Stamp.
• App activity: Stamps earned, quests completed, levels, streaks, in-app purchases, consent records.
• Device & log data: IP address, user-agent, error logs, basic analytics events.

2. Why we use it (legal bases)

• To provide the Service (contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest / legal obligation).
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).
• To improve the Service and develop new features (legitimate interest).
• With your consent for any use that requires it (consent).

3. On-chain data

Stamps are recorded on the Arbitrum blockchain. Any information written on-chain (such as your smart-account address and your token IDs) is public and permanent by the nature of the blockchain and cannot be deleted by us. We minimize what we write on-chain accordingly — no email, no real name, no raw GPS.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, database, wallet infrastructure, analytics, mapping, customer support). We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including in the European Economic Area, the United States, and Vietnam. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it. On-chain records cannot be deleted; see section 3.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@geostamp.app.

8. Children

LuxWorld and GeoStamp are not intended for users under 18.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is fully secure.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy will require your re-acceptance inside the app.
